SHIPPING
Orders will be processed and shipped within 4 business days of the order date, excluding weekends & holidays. Delays in processing will be communicated within 24 hours.

DELIVERY AREA
At this time, online orders ship only to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

However, we are currently experimenting with International shipping rates. If you are located outside the US (International & Canada) and would like to place an order, please email us at hello@ohjoy.com with the items you would like to order and we will get back to you with shipping rates and can arrange International shipping. International shipping rates generally start at $15(US) for an average size order.

All orders are shipped either by USPS Priority Mail and arrives (2-4 days) after the order leaves our studio in Coronado, CA.

Shipping is calculated based on subtotal of your order:
Subtotal up to to $39.99: $6.00
$40.00 - $79.99: $8.00
$80.00-119.99: $10.00
$120.00 and up: $12.00

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or CODs.

SALES TAX
Shipments to addresses within the state of California are charged applicable sales tax of 8.75%.
Shipments to addresses outside of California are not charged sales tax.

GIFT WRAP
All orders come wrapped in tissue paper. We do not currently offer other gift wrapping options. But if your order is a gift, please note that with the order and the receipt will not be included with the package. We can also include a hand-written note if requested!

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the item to us in its original packaging & condition within 7 days of receipt and we'll be happy to make an exchange or issue a refund. Opened, used items, or final sale items CANNOT be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Once we receive the item, we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase. Contact us for further information if a return is required at: hello@ohjoy.com.

NAME CHANGE
Yes! We've recently merged our studio and product line together so all products are now under the Oh Joy! name (formerly Nantaka Joy). Products produced before 2009 may still have our former name on the back, but all packaging will reflect the new name.

GREEN FACTOR
Most of the papers used are made of 30-50% post-consumer recycled acid-free stocks, and all products are made in the USA.

MAILING LIST
To be placed on our mailing list and alerted when there are new items or specials, please enter your email address in the mailing list box located on our CONTACT page. Placing an order does not automatically put you on the mailing list. You must subscribe to it separately and confirm the subscription when an email confirmation arrives in your inbox. (If you previously signed up on the Nantaka Joy mailing list, you will still receive our new Oh Joy emails.)

BULK DISCOUNT
We do offer bulk discounts when ordering any of our products in large quantities for wedding favors, company gifts, etc...email us for more information and pricing.

PRIVACY POLICY
We do not distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstances. The information we collect is used solely to process your order, and we are committed to protecting our customer's privacy.

Information collected for our mailing list is used solely by Oh Joy/Nantaka Joy, Inc. and will not be shared in any way with outside parties. This information may be used for announcing news and product specials only. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please contact hello@ohjoy.com.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
For wholesale inquiries, please email: hello@ohjoy.com with your shop name and mailing address. Faxed wholesale orders will be confirmed via email within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours, please call us at 619.319.5865 or send an hello@ohjoy.com to check if the order was received.
